They Really liked the type casting in the period look. They asked me if I had any runway experience and to my surprise, I've had a lot of runway experience! They had me walk twice. I think they liked me. But who knows!? Belinda'll let me know...I also got contacted from the photography group I shot with a couple weeks ago and they've asked me to do a photo shoot with snakes! Yikes but yippy!!!! I'll be doing a bit of research for that one! It'll be a good shoot to have in my portfolio nonetheless. Plus there's a little bit of pay in it! So I got that one in February.
I finished my character bio for my lead character Allie (whose also my romantic comedy/sitcom headshot character). I'm so happy about that one! Now only 2 supporting characters, a principal character and 2 featured characters to go. and I got 50 days left before I have at least a first draft plausible to play with. Woo!
Kasha's script got put on rewrite, yet again.... lol... This time at least it's because the script will be made longer--into a complete feature length film. So that gives me some of my time back, to a degree. I have a feeling I'll be doing the character bio stuff for that script. I really don't want to because I don't know what's all going on in each character as they are not my own. I'll be willing to help out and pick kasha's husband's brain to get the character details and then write it from there. That would probably be best anyway!
Other than that, I did get confirmation from a make-up artist so I can do my headshots next wednesday! Yay!!! I did work on my headshot prep today. I will be reading tomorrow. I also have that dog training video thing I'm supposed to go to... I'm not quite sure on that, but I get fed, but it's gas, but it's networking & keeping up appearances so we'll see. I do need to fit in working on my monologue and doing a script breakdown soon!
